Bluetooth Connectivity

  1. My earbuds won't connect to my device. What should I do?

    Make sure your earbuds and Bluetooth devices are within a 10-meter range of each other. If issues persist, unpair and re-pair the devices.

  2. Can I connect my earbuds to multiple devices?

    Generally, most ACwO earbuds can only be connected to one device at a time.

  3. Why does the connection keep dropping?

    Ensure you're within your Bluetooth device's optimal range. Other electronic devices or walls can interfere with the connection.

  4. What Bluetooth version do these earbuds support?

    Supported Bluetooth versions may vary between devices but ACwO TWS Earbuds offer the latest Bluetooth Version from V5.1 and V5.3

  5. My earbuds are not showing up in the Bluetooth list. What should I do?

    Ensure that the earbuds are in pairing mode and are charged. You may need to restart the earbuds by holding the multi-function touch area for 5 seconds or your Bluetooth device.

  6. How do I reset the Bluetooth settings on my earbuds?

    To perform a reset clear all Bluetooth data of the earbuds model from your device and disable Bluetooth. Place the earbuds back into their charging case and then remove them to initiate the Bluetooth pairing process once more.
